LATA AAU LT1-77-20080070918-1 FIRST AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION OF COVENANTS, CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS FOR CANYONS AT STONE OAK SUBDIVISION PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AND PROVISIONS FOR CANYONS AT STONE OAK HOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION STATE OF TEXAS § : § | KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: COUNTY OFBEXAR = § Pursuant to the amendment procedure contained in Article XIV of thé Declaration of Covenants, Conditions And Restrictions For Canyons At Stone Oak Subdivision Planned Unit Development And Provisions For Canyons At Stone Oak Home Owners Association, recorded at Volume 9550, Page 1104, et seg, Official Public Records of Real Property of Bexar County, Texas (hereinafter called the "Declaration"), we, the undersigned Members of Canyons at Stone ~ Oak Homeowners Association, Inc., constituting owners of at least seventy-five percent (75%) of the total Lots (as that term is defined in the Declaration), do, by our signatures below, hereby adopt this, the First Amendment to the Declaration, as follows: Article IV.B(ii) of the Declaration is hereby amended, with respect to the allocation of estimated costs, such that (A) owners of all Lots except those owned by entities engaged, as their principal commercial activity, in construction and sales of homes to home buyers (hereinafter called "Builder Lots") shall pay the same amount, being a full and complete assessment, whether or not there is a Completed Residence on each Lot owned by them, while (B) owners of Builder Lots shall one-quarter the assessment to be paid by all other Lot owners.
Except as amended hereinabove, the Declaration remains unchanged and continues in full force and effect.
Thus signed and adopted by the undersigned Members of Canyons at Stone Oak
