WITNESS ETH: WHEREAS, the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for Chancellor's Ridge was recorded in Book 2550, Page 467, Durham County Registry (the "Declaration"); and WHEREAS, pursuant to Article II, Section 2.2 of the Declaration, the Declarant, the Association and Don Galloway Homes, LLC, desire to supplement the Declaration by adding the Additional Property as defined below: Being all of Tract 3 containing 16.145 acres, more or less, as shown on a map entitled "Non-Contiguous Annexation Map, Scoggins Property, Tracts 1-3” prepared by Kenneth Close, Inc. dated 6-28-01 recorded in Plat Book 154, Page 334, Durham County Registry.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Additional Property is hereby made subject to the Declaration.
