wun PI2-201 & FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE BYLAWS OF CLAUSSEN'S CREST (SAN ANTONIO) HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.
STATE OF TEXAS § = = O 2) § KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: COUNTY OF BEXAR § WHEREAS, Iron Mountain Ranch is a residential subdivision located in San Antonio, Bexar County, Texas (hereinafter the "Subdivision”); and, WHEREAS, the Subdivision is governed by a mandatory property owners association legally named “Claussen's Crest (San Antonio) Homeowners Association, Inc.” (hereinafter called the "Association"); and, WHEREAS, the Association is a Texas non-profit corporation governed by Chapter 22, Texas Business Organizations Code; and, WHEREAS, Section 22.102(c), Texas Business Organizations Code, authorizes the Board of Directors to adopt or amend Bylaws; and, WHEREAS, the Board of Directors has determined that certain amendments to the Bylaws would be helpful and convenient to the functioning of the business of the Association; NOW, THEREFORE, by their signatures below, the President and Secretary of the Association certify that the Board of Directors has adopted amendments to the Bylaws of the Association, to-wit: I.
Article II, Section 2.01 of the Bylaws is amended to read as follows: 2.01 Name. The name of this corporation shall be CLAUSSEN'S CREST (SAN ANTONIO) HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. (hereinafter called the "Association"). The Association may from time to time operate under the assumed name "[ron Mountain Ranch Homeowners Association”.
Il.
Article V, Section 5.01 of the Bylaws is amended to read as follows: 5.01 Number of Qualifications. The affairs of the Association shall be governed by a Board of Directors consisting of five (5) persons. There shall be elected five (5) directors to the Board of Book 15425 Page 431 3pgs

Ill.
Article V, Section 5.04 of the Bylaws is amended to read as follows: 5.04 Election and Term of Office. The term of the five (5) Directors shall be fixed at one (1) year.
Except as stated above the Bylaws are hereby ratified in all other respects.
Thus adopted by the Board of Directors at a duly convened meeting, to certify which witness the signatures of the President and Secretary of the Association.
