Homeowners Association A Corporation Not -for-Profit Board of Directors Meeting Date: Wednesday, January 8, 2020 Time: 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm Place: 345 Hickory Lane, Jim Hatfield Meeting Notes 1. Establish ed a Quorum – Jim Hatfield, Rand y Olson, Rob Burns – Board members; Verniece Thomas – property manager 2. Called Meeting to order – 6:35 pm 3. Reviewed minutes – 12/4/19 – motion made by Rob to approve; motion seconded by Randy; motion approved.

4. Presented f inancial report – invoices were m ailed at the end of December for 2020 dues. CD will roll over on January 8.

Update regarding sewer trunk line – there have been no updates. Town manager will discuss at the Annual meeting b. Christmas lighting contest – winners Yard decorations – 1st Place – 364 Alder Avenue - Brandon Ever s 2nd Place – 167 Hawthorne Avenue – Steve Moncivais Lights 1st Place – 137 Hawthorne Avenue – Ron Oberem 2nd Place – 309 Basswood Avenue – Wes Hartman c. Annual Meeting – January 28, 2020 – review ed and approve d the agenda 6. New ite ms – a. Covenant enforcement – discussed frequently violated items. Will discuss with Ken and Lee.

b. Landscape contract – Ace of Blades – items that should be added to contract. Randy will work with Lutey’s, Ace of Blades and Jay Klug regarding the installatio n of water meters.

c. Randy also discussed cleaning out the grates in the detention pond. Last year several kids cleaned out the concrete drainage ditch. Approved paying the kids if Randy finds out who cleaned it out.

e. Review ed invoices . Motion made by Rob to approve payment of invoices; motion was seconded by Randy; motion was approved.

f. Discussed that the bench on Hawthorne needed repaired. Missing bolts.
