Parking of Any Type 48-Hour Notice / $25 Fine / Towed at Owners Expense ➢ This does not include temporary parking of vendor vehicles serving a residence.

➢ The temporary exception does not allow for overnight parking for vendor vehicles serving homes.

➢ This does not include vehicles of guests for temporary gatherings, once a driv eway is completely full.

➢ Overnight is defined as any vehicle in the street between the hours of 2:00am and 7:00am ➢ Temporary gatherings may not extend overnight.

➢ Vehicles must face direction of traffic when parked.

➢ Hazard will be determined on a case by case basis by Association’s management .

Common Areas - (Grass, Playground, Entry, etc.)

1. Vehicle, Motorhome/RV, trailer or private pleasure craft 24-Hour Notice / Towed at Owners Expense 2. Vehicle that is inoperable 24-Hour Notice / Towed at Owners Expense 3. Partially or completely parked in the grass Towed at Owners Expense Driveways/Lots 1. Permitted vehicle is inoperable 48-Hour Notice / $25 Fine per day 2. Permitted abandoned vehicle 48-Hour Notice / $25 Fine per day 3. Permitted vehicle with substantial damage 48-Hour Notice / $25 Fine per day 4. Permitted vehicle with rust or paint irregularities 48-Hour Notice / $25 Fine per day

Partially or complet ely parked in the grass 48-Hour Notice / $25 Fine per occurrence • Rule # 5 will not be enforced until the amendment process is complete • Pleasure craft would be boats, jet skis, ATV’S etc.

• The notice would be given for a first occurrence of the violation, the fining or towing would be all additional occurrences.
