Bylaw 4.06 (b) currently states: The presence at the initial meeting of Members entitled to cast, or of proxies entitled to cast, a majority of the votes of all Owners, regardless of class, shall constitute a quorum for any action except as otherwise prov ided in the Articles of Incorporation, the Declaration or these Bylaws. If the required quorum is not present or represented at the meeting, one additional meeting may be called, subject to the notice requirements set forth below, and the required quorum a t such second meeting shall be one -half (1/2) of the required quorum at the preceding meeting; provided, however, that no such second meeting shall be held more than sixty (60) days following the first meeting.

Amend 4.06 (b) to state: Annual Meetings shall require a quorum of any meeting of Members, to be a minimum of 10% of all owners in good standing. If, the required quorum is not present or represented at any meeting, a majority of the Members who are present may immediately adjourn and reconvene the meeting without further notice. The required quorum of the reconvened meeting shall be one half (1/2) of the preceding meeting. However, if no quorum still exists no meeting will be required to be held until the following year.
