UN Tt PI2-2015 FIRST AMENDMENT TO BYLAWS OF D MEADOW HOMEOWNERS’ ASSOCIATION, INC.

STATE OF TEXAS § § KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: COUNTY OF BEXAR § The following amendment to the Bylaws of D Meadow Homeowners’ Association, Inc. is hereby formally adopted: I.

5.04. Election and Term of Office. At the meeting of the Association, the term of office for three (3) Directors shall be fixed at one, two, and three years (1, 2 & 3). The highest number of votes will receive 3 year term, the second highest number of votes will receive a 2 year term, and the third highest number of votes will receive a 1 year term, providing a staggered election process. At the expiration of the initial term of office of each respective Director, his successor shall be elected to serve a term of three (3) years. The Directors shall hold office until their successors have been elected and hold their first meeting, except as is otherwise provided herein.

By their signatures below, the President and Secretary of D Meadow Homeowners’ Association, Inc. certify that the foregoing amendment was approved at a regular or special meeting of the members of the Association by a vote of a majority of a quorum.
