This MANAGEMENT CERTIFICATE (this "Certificate") is made effective as of Monday December 2nd, 2024 by Eldorado Lakes Residential Association Inc., a/k/a Eldorado Lakes, a Texas nonprofit corporation (the "Association").

WITNESSETH: WHEREAS, the Declarant for Eldorado Lakes Residential Association Inc. has previously placed on record that certain Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for Eldorado Lakes (the "Declaration"), filed of record on or about February 4, 2005 (the Declaration) and recorded as document 19961029000931780 in the Real Property Records of Colin County, Texas, which Declaration, as supplemented or amended, is incorporated herein for all purposes.

WHEREAS, Declarant has created the Association for the benefit of Eldorado Lakes official WHEREAS, the Association was duly formed on September 13, 1996, as Eldorado Lakes Residential Association Inc., a/k/a Eldorado Lakes.

WHEREAS, the Association has caused this certificate to be prepared and filed in accordance with the provisions of the Texas Property Code as provided in Section 209 of the Texas Property Code.
