Article 4, Sections (a) and (b), ofthe Bylaws are amended to read as follows: (a) Number. The affairs of this Association shall be governed by a Board of Directors of five (5) persons, who need not be members of the Association.
(b) Term of Office. All directors elected after the adoption of this Second Amendment to the Bylaws shall be elected to three year terms.
