As provided in Section 4.3 of the Declaration, the ownership of the common areas in Phase 1 and Phase 2, and the allocation of expenses of maintaining such common areas shall be computed on a pro-rata basis using the percentages set forth in Exhibit “E-Phase 1 and 2” attached hereto and made a part hereof. The attached Exhibit “E-Phase | and 2” supersedes the Exhibit “E” attached to the Declaration.
