ARTICLE I.- GENERAL PROVISIONS 1.01 All present and future owners, mortgagees and lessees of any Lot in the project and their employees, agents, and assigns, and any other person who may use the facilities described in the said .

If a Lot sened by more than one (1) person, each owner of the Lot may vote or register protest to the casting of votes by the owners of the Lot through a prosty duly executed by the Lot owners.
