17 2003012638 FOR REGISTRATION REGISTER OF DEEDS REBECCA T CHRISTIAN NEW HANOVER COUNTY, NC 2003 MAR 06 11.56.04 AM BK-3676 PG-371-373 FEE $17.00 INSTRUMENT # 2003012638 STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA COUNTY OF NEW HANOVER SUPPLEMENTAL DECLARATION HUNTERS CROSSING CONDOMINIUMS THIS SUPPLEMENTAL DECLARATION OF COVENANTS, CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS FOR Hunters Crossing Condominiums, is made on this 4 day of March, 2003, by Armstrong Builders, LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company WITNESSETH WHEREAS, DECLARANT has previously caused to be recorded a Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for Hunters Crossing Condominiums, hereinafter referred to as "DECLARATION” recorded in Book 3255 at Page 301, and following, in the New Hanover County Register of Deeds office, and WHEREAS, DECLARANT reserved the right in Article IV Sections A-B and Article XXVII, Section A, to amend the said DECLARATION to include additional properties to Hunters Crossing Condominiums, and WHEREAS, DECLARANT now desires to incorporate additional property to Hunters Crossing Condominiums, as provided for above NOW THEREFORE, DECLARANT does hereby amend the restrictions for Hunters Crossing Condominiums by including within the jurisdiction of the property covered by the said restrictions, as amended, that property more particularly described on that plat recorded in Condominium Map Book 12 at Page 312-322 and partially re-recorded in Condominium Map Book 13 at Page 74 to reflect the proper Grantor of Section 1, Armstrong Builders, LLC, that plat recorded in Condominium Map Book 12 at Page 332 and partially re-recorded in Condominium Map Book 13 at Page 76 to reflect the proper Grantor of Section 2, Armstrong

Armstrong Builders, LLC, that plat recorded in Condominium Map Book 12 at Page 332 and partially re-recorded in Condominium Map Book 13 at Page 76 to reflect the proper Grantor of Section 2, Armstrong Builders, LLC; and that plat recorded in Condominium Map Book 13 at Page 78 referencing Section 3, all in the New Hanover County Registry, incorporated herein by reference, which property is part of that property conveyed by deed in Book 2788 at Page 277 in the New Hanover County Registry.

FURTHER THEREFORE, the property added hereby shall be known as Hunters Crossing Condominiums, Section 1 (which has formerly been referred to as "Phase 1" and which shall hereinafter be referred to as Section 1) which shall contain Building 1, Units A through P and Building 2, Units A through P, Section 2 which shall contain Building A, Units I through 8 and Building B, Units 9 through 16 (all of such units in Section 2, Buildings A and B being garage units only), and Section 3 which shall contain Building 3, Units A through P.

DRAWN BY + RETURN TO: CONSTANCE COVINGTON ATTORNEY AT LAW FURTHER THEREFORE, except as specifically amended above, the Declaration remains in full force and effect unchanged.
