WITNESSETH: WHEREAS, Inland Harbor HOA is the owner of that certain tract or parcel of land as further described in that certain Warranty Deed recorded in Book 4199 at Page 647 of the New Hanover County Registry as shown on that certain plat recorded in Condo Plat Book 6 at Page 185 of the New Hanover County Registry; and, WHEREAS, Inland Harbor HOA as the dominant tract is the owner of certain appurtenant easement rights in and to the property more commonly known as "Lee's Lane" which was created for the benefit of the predecessor in title of Inland Harbor HOA pursuant to Deed dated January 28, 1946 and recorded in Book 376 at Page 89 of the New Hanover County Registry (the "Easement”); and, WHEREAS, Inland Harbor HOA is now desirous of abandoning the Easement together with any rights to the use of any portion of the Easement granted to Inland Harbor HOA or its predecessors in title.

1 Book 6064 Page 2052 NOW, THEREFORE, Inland Harbor Homeowners Association, Inc., by the execution of this Declaration of Abandonment of Easement, does hereby declare that it has remised, released and abandoned all of ties interest in and to the easement granted by to Deed dated January 28, 1946 and recorded in Book 376 at Page 89 of the New Hanover County Registry and being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at the northwest corner of the tract of land described more fully in Book 376 at Page 89 of the New Hanover County Registry and running thence eastwardly along the northern line of the aforementioned lands 450 feet, more or less, to the Western Shore of Myrtle Grove Sound; thence Northwardly along the western shore of Myrtle Grove Sound, 25 feet, more or less, to a point which is 25 feet distant from the northern line of the aforementioned tract of land when measured at right angles thereto; running thence westwardly parallel with the northern line of the aforesaid tract of land, 450 feet, more or less, to the Eastern line of Lake Park Boulevard; thence Southwardly, along the Eastern line of Lake Park Boulevard, 25 feet to the point of Beginning.

The above described easement was obtained by Grantor's predecessors in title by deed duly recorded in Book 376 at Page 89 of the new Hanover County Registry.

IN TESTIMORY WHEREOF, the said Grantor has caused this instrument to be executed as of the day and year first above written.
