1571 Gastel Dr., Mission, TX 78572 Basic Rules updated 3/30/2024 This is an adult retirement community. Proof of age is required.

At least one occupant must be 55 years of age or older - no permanent occupants under 18 years of age. Visitors under 18 years of age are allowed for no more than 60 cumulative days per year.

Maximum number of occupants per residence is 4 Annual dues as of January 2023 are $370 per year but are subject to change TWO PET limit (dogs or cats only) - maximum size 40 pounds each (see Pet Policy online) All pets must be leashed except when inside a fully fenced back yard Pets must be quiet - continued loud barking is a violation of City of Mission Pet Ordinance Anyone walking their animal on the public way or when using private property within the HOA is required to clean up any defecation (poop) dropped on a street or someone's grass or rocks.

Individuals failing to remove animal poop will be subject to fines.

Pets must have a current health certificate, be spayed, and chipped (see Pet Policy online) Feeding the ducks, other wildlife or stray animals is prohibited Homes must be well maintained and follow our architectural theme as described in the documents of the Association Yards must be kept neat and groomed (lawns trimmed, weeds removed) • No parking on lawns, rocks or other landscaping .

NO unregistered vehicles allowed on lot or on street (City of Mission rule) Two yard/garage sales allowed per year. City of Mission permit required.

Pool is open to all members - one adult resident must be present with all minors and/or guests.

Minors use of pool: hours and rules are posted at the pool area. Follow all pool rules!

Trash days are Wednesday and Saturday. Brush and limbs are collected by the City of Mission during the 3rd full week of each month Management of Mission Manor is provided by volunteers - your cooperation is appreciated.
