WHEREAS, The Amended and Restated Declaration of Condominium Regime for Olmos Tower Condominium recorded in Volume 7907, Page 9 of the Official Public Records of Bexar County, Texas (hereinafter, the “Declaration") created OLMOS TOWER CONDOMINIUM as a condominium regime (hereinafter, "the Condominium") to be governed by OLMOS TOWER CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.
(hereinafter, "the Association"); WHEREAS, the Condominium and the Association are governed by the Declaration and its amendments, as well as by the BYLAWS OF OLMOS TOWER CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. (hereinafter, "the Bylaws") attached as Exhibit "C" to the Declaration; WHEREAS, on February 19, 2026, the Association held its annual meeting of the members of the Association (hereinafter, “the Meeting") pursuant to Paragraph 5.1 of the Bylaws; WHEREAS, Paragraphs 8.E and 8.F of the Declaration, and Article 11 of the Bylaws
annual meeting of the members of the Association (hereinafter, “the Meeting") pursuant to Paragraph 5.1 of the Bylaws; WHEREAS, Paragraphs 8.E and 8.F of the Declaration, and Article 11 of the Bylaws allow the Association to amend the Bylaws by a meeting of the members of the Association where a quorum is in attendance; WHEREAS, a quorum of the members of the Association was present at the Meeting; WHEREAS, a majority of the members present at the meeting voted to amend the Bylaws; WHEREAS, due notice of the amendment to the Bylaws was provided to all the owners of the Condominium in accordance with Article 11 of the Bylaws; NOW THEREFORE, Section 2.1 of the Bylaws is hereby amended in its entirety to read as follows: "2.1. NUMBER AND TERM OF OFFICE The Board shall consist of a minimum of three (3) Directors. The Board may increase the number of Directors as necessary to meet the demands of the Olmos Tower Condominium Association."
