tify that ata mppiing of the Nowe of ter of the Association eld on the l day of e 2024, with at members being present and remaining throughout, and being duly authorized to tS siness, the following Maintenance Policy was duly approved by a majority vote of ar mbers of the Board: ¢ » RECITALS The property encumbered by this Maintenance Policy (“Policy”) is the property subject to the “Potranco Acres Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, Easements and Restrictions” recorded in the Official Public Records of Real Property of Medina County, Texas, under Clerk’s File No. 2020011377, as same has been or may be amended and/or supplemented from time to time (the “Declaration”) and any other property which has been or may be subsequently annexed thereto and made subject to the authority of the Association.

2: Article 1, Article 6, Section (c) and Article 11, Section (a) of the Declaration provides the Board with the power to adopt, make, amend, modify and repeal bylaws, rules, regulations and policies for the Association.

3. Pursuant to the Declaration, the Board hereby adopts this Policy for the purpose of establishing rules and regulations for the maintenanae of Lots, residences, structures, and Improvements located within the Subdivision. Ss NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the Board does hereby adopt this Policy, which will be binding on all Owners and regi within the Association. This Policy replaces any previously recorded or implemented pqs any, relating to the subjects addressed herein.

9. Fences and gates shall be kept in good repair. Missing fence pickets shall be replaced with the same type of fence picket. Any fence or pggtion of a fence that is leaning shall constitute a violation of this provision. Any fe te that is broken or not operational shall be replaced or repaired.
