20060620000842530 Amendment to the Declaration of Preston One Condominiums 1/2 Preston One, L.P., a Texas limited partnership ("Declarant"), hereby enters into this Amendment, effective as of the 1st day of March, 2005, to the Declaration of Preston One Condominiums, a condominium regime in the City of Plano, Collin County, Texas, as recorded on February 25, 2005 in Volume 05864, page 01294, of the Condominium Records of Collin County, Texas (hereinafter the "Condominium").

The Unit Plan of the Condominium is hereby amended to reflect that Unit 300 of Building 2 shall be subdivided into two units, each of 1,785.5 square feet, and shall be numbered as “Unit 300” and “Unit 350” respectively. A copy of the amended Unit Plan is appended to this Amendment.

Additionally. Exhibit "B," to the Condominium is amended to reflect that Unit 300 of Building 2 of the Condominium shall represent 4.5% of the Common Element Ownership, 4.5% of the liability for common expenses, and its vote shall be weighted at 4.5%, all as set forth in the Declaration.

Additionally, Exhibit "B" to the Condominium is amended to reflect that Unit 350 of Building 2 of the Condominium shall represent 4.5% of the Common Element Ownership, 4.5% of the liability for common expenses, and its vote shall be weighted at 4.5%, all as set forth in the Declaration.

All other terms and conditions of the Declaration shall remain in full force and effect.

Executed and effective as of this 1st day of March, 2005.
