Theintent istomaintain overall integrity within areas which mayhavehigher visual impact.

1.2 The ARC will consider thefollowing: a. Thecolors should matchlblend withthepredominant exterior colors of themainresidence.
b. Materials should match those ofthemain residence inbothsizeand color; however, theARC willapprove small prefabricated metal storage buildings, providing thecolorblends withthemainresidence.
c. Itshould have apeaked roof, nohigher thaneight feet(8')from the ground tothehighest point, andamaximum of10'X12'floor space.
Structure must beplaced andmaintained aminimum offivefeet(5')off rearproperty lineanddistance fromsidefence willbedetermined based onvisibility fromthestreet infrontofthelot.Atnotime, however, will thatdistance from sidefence belessthanfivefeet(5'),regardless of visibility. Location mustalsobefarenough away fromfence toallow for drainage tooccur entirely ontheowner's lot.
