WHERERS¢ chapté& 292 of the Texas Property Code was amended effective September 1, 2011, to amend Section 202.087(d)4“Settion-202.007") thereto dealing with rain barrels and rainwater harvesting systems (referred to coHtéctivel | Rainwater Recovery Systems” or “Systems”); and a WHEREAS, the Diteefors ofthe Association (“Board”) has determined that in connection with maintaining the aesthetits-andarchitéctural harmony of the community, and to provide clear and definitive guidance regarding the installatign arfd maintenance of Rainwater Recovery Systems therein, it is appropriate for the Association toa Spt giri élin os Rainwater Recovery Systems; WHEREAS, these Guidelines for Rainwater Recovery Systems are applicable to the Quail Green South, Section One subdivision, an additién-ii Fort’Bend County, Texas according to the map or plat thereof recorded under Clerk’s File Number 2000039296 in the Real-Prc erty Records of Fort Bend County, Texas, and recorded in Clerk’s Slides Numbers 1988/B and 1928 in the Map Records of Fort Bend County, Texas, SAVE and EXCEPT each of the two tracts of and depi ted pn the aforesaid map or plat and therein designated as “Commercial Tract No. 1” and “Cafnmereial Tr ct No. 2,” along with any amendments, supplements or replats of said map or plat; yO a

( fo 1. Rainwater Recovery Systems may be installed with adva wiitten approval of the Architectural Control Committee subject to these gui nel as, 2. All such Systems must be installed on land owned by the propefty dwner. No portion of the Systems may encroach on adjacent properties or cefnmon areas.

3. Other than gutters and downspouts conventionally ataced we Mf T appurtenant structure, all components of the Systems, such a take birch filters, pumps, motors, pressure tanks, pipes and hoses, must be substa fally screened from public view from any street or common area. Screening may bé, aecomplish a. placement behind a solid fence, a structure or vegetation; or, _b. by burying the tanks or barrels; or C4.
