RENAISSANCE PARK OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., a North Carolina non-profit corporation (the "Association"), also joins herein to evidence its consent to the provisions herein.

WITNESSETH: WHEREAS, Declarant has previously subjected certain property to the lien of that certain Declaration of Easements, Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for Renaissance Park dated February 19, 2004, recorded in Book 4202 at Page 493 in the New Hanover County Registry (the "Declaration"); WHEREAS, pursuant to Article III, Section 1 of the Declaration, Declarant desires to designate certain driveways and access ways located upon that certain property described on Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference (such driveways and access ways being collectively referred to herein as the "Driveways") as Common Property under the Declaration; and WHEREAS, defined terms used in this Supplemental Declaration shall have the meanings provided in the Declaration unless otherwise defined herein.

In no event shall Declarant or the Association remove the Driveways from the Common Property under the Declaration without the prior written consent of the owner of that certain 2.16± acre tract of property described as 'Tract "A-1" (2nd Revision)' on that certain plat recorded in Map Book 46, Page 159, in the New Hanover County Public Registry ("Tract A-1”).

In no event shall Declarant or the Association change the configuration of the Driveways so as to materially impair or hinder commercially reasonable access to those parking spaces located on Tract A-1 from time to time without the prior written consent of the owner of Tract A-1 (which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed).
