DOC #2023036443 Pages 3 SIXTH AMENDMENT TO THE AMENDED SITE AND BUILDING REQUIREMENTS REPUBLIC GRAND RANCH Pursuant to the Amended Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for Republic Grand Ranch, Section 9.3 and as recorded at Instrument Number 2021073266 in the Official Records of Montgomery County, in Montgomery County, Texas, the undersigned hereby amends the Site and Building Requirements, as recorded at Instrument Number 2021073270 in the Official Records of Montgomery County, in Montgomery County, Texas as follows: The following shall be added: 5.3 Security Camera - Builders are required to provide an operational security monitoring device on each building site. The location of which must be shown on the site plan and show evidence of the device installed on site following their form survey. Failure to provide an operational security monitoring device on the building site in a location approved by the ARC will result ina fine of $50/ day until such time as an operational security monitoring device is installed. It is the responsibility of the Builder to monitor the device and provide the camera footage to the ARC identifying vehicles and/or persons in the event a theft should occur. It is the responsibility of the Builder to file any necessary paperwork with the appropriate agency should a theft occur.

All other terms and conditions of the Declaration shall remain the same.
