STATE OF TEXAS § § KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT: COUNTY OF TARRANT 8 ON January 10, 2014, the Bylaws of River Park Homeowners, Inc. (the “Bylaws”) were recorded as Instrument # D214006521 in the Official Property Records of Tarrant County Texas.
This Correction Statement is being filed by the President of River Park Homeowners, Inc., Karen Van Eaton to correct certain incorrect information and to substitute the correct information contained herein for the incorrect information in the Bylaws as originally recorded.
The Bylaws as originally recorded on Page #16 incorrectly state: RPID/RIVERWOOD HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC BYLAWS AS AMENDED BY 65% or GREATER MEMBERSHIP VOTE OF THE 6" DAY OF NOVEMBER, 2013.
The correct statement reads as follows and is hereby substituted for the incorrect statement above: RIVER PARK HOMEOWNERS, INC. BYLAWS AS AMENDED BY 65% or GREATER MEMBERSHIP VOTE OF THE 6" DAY OF NOVEMBER, 2013.
Other than the stated correction, no changes were made in the Bylaws as originally recorded, and the effective date of this Correction Statement relates back to the effective date of the Bylaws being corrected.
