THE STATE OF TEXAS COUNTY OF MIDLAND KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: WHEREAS, the Council of Co-Owners of Sagewood Condominiums, a condominium apartment project, as owners in fee simple of said condominium project, desire to hereby establish and adopt the following Rule, the By-Laws for the of said cx & dopted October 28, 1984, as an amendment to 1986 three ad overnment, administration and operation the common elements thereof: NOW THEREFORE, said Council of Co-Owners, at the January Apaal Meeting, by a majority vote of eighty-three (83) no and fourteen (14) not voting, hereby establish and the following Amendment to the By-Laws, which shal to each individual apartment in said Midland Couable Midland County Clerk Unofficial Copy other portions and the common elements thereof.

ARTICLE VI OBLIGATIONS OF THE OWNERS (Add new paragraph 19 as follows:) Children under the age of seventeen (17), being either dependents or living with an owner, resident or lessee, are not allowed as permanent or temporary residents of this condominium apartment project except as provided herein: (a) Child or children visitation of ten (10) days per month be permitted; (b) Midland County Clerk Unofficial Copy s) who purchased a unit prior to tober 28, 1984 may have children as permanent residents until the oldest reaches two (2) years of age or longer in the interest of avoiding undue hardship if the Board of Administration upon application grants reasonably limited variance of up to year; Midland County Clerk Unofficial Copy (c) Owner(s) becoming pregnant, unit may apply to the Board purchasing a

It is the intent of this By-Law that no lessees of any owner may have children as permanent or temporary residents and that owner(s) will actively attempt to 'sell or lease their unit so as not to violate this By-Law. The Board of Administration shall be authorized to enforce this By-Law by available judicial remedies.
