SAN JOAQUIN PARKWAY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION PO BOX 303 FRIENDSWOOD, TX 77546 RESOLUTION WHEREAS, the By-Laws governing San J oaquin Parkway Homeowners Association, Inc. as well as the pertinent provision of the Texas Property Code, and the Texas Non-Profit Corporation Act authorize the Association, acting through its Board of Directors to exercise all powers reasonable and necessary for the governance and operation of the Association.
WHEREAS THE Board of Directors desire to adopt the resolution as specified below and record in the office of the County Clerk, Galveston County, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE FOLLOWING POLICY IS HEREBY ADOPTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF Chapter 209 of the Texas Property Code REQUIRED FENCE HEIGHT: The San Joaquin Parkway Homeowners Association, Inc. Architectural Control Committee sets the fence standards at 7 feet, wooden fencing in neutral colors. All fences must be in good repair and not extend past the front setback lines. Paint colors and any variations of these requirements must be approved by the Architectural Control Committee.
This FENCE RESOLUTION is effective upon being recorded in the Official Public Records of Real Property of Galveston County.
