THE RESALE RESTRICTION AUTOMATICALLY EXPIRES AS TO ANY SUCH LOT AT THE TIME AN IMPROVED RESIDENCE HAS BEEN CONSTRUCTED ON SUCH LOT.
This instrument is executed solely for the purpose of recording notice of the Resale Restriction in the Official Public Records of Bexar County, Texas. This instrument does not alter, amend, or modify the Resale Restriction.
