The basketball goal must be located so that it does not back up to an adjoining Lot and so that errant shots stay within the Owner’s Lot rather than adjoining Lots.

4. Basketball goals with chain nets are prohibited.

5. Basketball goals must utilize basic colors (ex. black, white or silver}—no neon or bright colors are permitted.

6. Basketball goals must be well-maintained once installed, maintenance of both the net and the backboard.

IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the foregoing ACA Ste Basketball Goals shall be effective as of May 11, 2021, and shall remain in effe rescinded, modified, or amended by the Association’s ACA.
