NORTH CAROLINA NEW HANOVER COUNTY BOOK 914 PADE 486 DECLARATION OF RESTRICTIONS KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That Moore-Fonvielle Realty Company, a North Carolina Corporation did execute certain restrictions on the subdivision known as "The Harris Tract" recorded in Map Book 4, Page 67, New Hanover Public Registry, North Carolina. Whereas, it was the intention of said subdivider to only restrict Lots 1,2,3,4,5,8,9,10,11,12 and 13 of said subdivision and it was not the intention of said subdivider to restrict the rear 17.48 acres of said property.
NOW, THEREFORE, Moore-Fonvielle Realty Company executes this amendment to this restriction to specifically show that the rear 17.48 acres of the Harris Tract, Map Book 4, Page 67, New Hanover Public Registry, North Carolina is not included in said restriction and said Moore-Fonvielle Realty Company does waive.
and release any right to enforce said restrictions against the 17.48 acres.
