XAS § Nj COUNTY OF JOHNSON ; co° ‘ yO WHEREAS, eG icc of The Parks at Panchasarp Farms HOA, a Texas nonprofit corporatid Sinz") is the entity responsible for the operation of The Parks at Panchasarp Farms HOA, a Texas non-profit corporation (“Association’’) in accordance with and pursuant to the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for The Parks at Panchasarp Farms (“Declaration”) and The Parks at Panchasarp Farms HOA (“Bylaws”), including amendments and supplements thereto; and WHEREAS, Article IV of the Declaration establishes mandatory assessments and restrictive covenants for the maintenance, repair, upkeep, and alteration of Lots and Property within The Parks at Panchasarp addition, and for the common benefit of Owners and residents of The Parks at Panchasarp Farms; and WHEREAS, under Article 4, Section 4.10 of the Declaration, each Owner of a Lot subject to the Declaration agreed to pay the Association, among other things, an Initial Contribution, commonly known as a working capital contro WHEREAS, under Article 4, Sd€ti .PO of the Declaration, the Board may exercise ¢ discretion and use the Initial CNet to discharge operating expenses, capital expenses or as otherwise ogg and WHEREAS, the Board desires to accept the Initial Contribution from each Owner and deposit the Initial Contribution into the Association’s operating account; and RESOLUTION -— INITIAL CONTRIBUTION Page 1 2023 - 11625 05/01/2023 11:12 AM Page 5 of 6 WHEREAS, the Declaration requires that at the closing of any Lot, each Owner shall make a $400.00 Initial Contribution to the Association; and WHEREAS, a Motion was made to increase yn Contribution to $800.00 from each Owner and deposit the Initial Conner We ssociation’s operating account, with the

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Initial Contribution amounts received by the Association pursuant to Section 4.10 of the Declaration shall be accepted by the Association and deposited into the Association’s operating account, with the discretionary option to deposit the Initial Contribution into the reserve account; and IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED, that this Resolution shall forthwith be recorded in the Official Public Records of Johnson County, Texas, and shall affect the Property and all Owners until otherwise modified or rescinded by the Board.
