Declaration") is made on this 10 day of December, 2007, by CENTEX HOMES, a Nevada Seabee pashetshty PeaBnae LA LT2-13257-972-3 T= WHEREAS, a certain instrument entitled Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for Silverado Hills ("Declaration") was executed by Declarant and recorded on February 27, 2007, in Document No. 20070046159, Volume 12715, Page 1057. Official Public Records of Bexar County, ‘Texas; and WHEREAS, Section 10.1 of the Declaration provides that Declarant shall have the right to annex additional real property located within one (1) mile of Silverado Hills; and WHEREAS, Declarant desires to annex certain real property located within one (1) mile of Silverado Hills, as more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein for all purposes (the "Annexed Property") into the Bexar County Silverado Hills {lomeowners Association, Inc. (the "HOA") and to subject the Annexed Property to the terms and conditions of the Declaration; and WHEREAS, the Annexed Property is eligible for annexation pursuant to the Declaration.

NOW THEREFORE, the undersigned Declarant hereby supplements the Declaration as follows: FIRST SUPPLEMENTAL DECLARATION PAGEL 1 Sapphnenial Dee laration gST] Lin 2," Declarant hereby annexes the Annexed Property into the HOA for the purpose of subjecting the Annexed Property to the Declaration, and such Annexed Property is hereby subject to the easements, restrictions, covenants. and conditions contained in the Declaration.
