WHEREAS, the Declarant filed for record that certain Declaratio Conditions and Restrictions for Walnut Hills, on or about April 7, 2000 (ths property adjacent to or terms and conditions set forth therein; and WHEREAS, the Declarant filed for thé ¢, t certain First Supplement to Declaration of Covenants, Conditions Ries y for Walnut Hills (Annexation of Section Three), in Volume 15260, Page 1 Se the Real Property Records of Tarrant County, Texas; WHEREAS, the Dec}4ty e record that certain Second Supplement to Declaration of Covenan alld Restrictions for Walnut Hills (Annexation of Section Four, in Volume et seq. of the Real Property Records of Tarrant County, Texas; WHEREAS, oa ant owns certain property located adjacent to the Original Property ‘IIS Se WHEREAS, unless otherwise provided in this Third Supplement, definitions contained in the Declaration shall have the same meaning in this Third Supplement.

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt, adequacy and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, Declarant hereby agrees to supplement the Declaration as follows: Third Supplement of Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (Annexation of Walnut Hills, Section Five) Page I of 2 et 1. Declaration in Effect. The foregoing recitations are true and correct.

The Supplemental Property is hereby annexed into the Declaration and all terms, conditions, covenants and restrictions of the Declaration shall be applicable to the Supplemental Property, including, but not limited to the obligation to pay dues, charges and assessments to the Association.

3 No Further Changes. Except as expressly set forth herein, the Declaratign\shall remain unchanged and shall continue in full force and effect.
