mg SD oon FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE BYLAWS OF WILD HORSE VISTAS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.
STATE OF TEXAS § § KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: COUNTY OF BEXAR § The Bylaws of Wild Horse Vistas Homeowners Association, Inc. are hereby amended in the following particulars: 1 Article III, Section 4, is hereby amended to read as follows: Section 4. Quorum. The presence at the meeting of Members, their absentee or electronic ballots, or of their proxies, entitled to cast, ten percent (10%) of the votes in the Association shall constitute a quorum for any action, except as otherwise provided in the Articles of Incorporation, Restrictions or the Bylaws. If the required quorum is not present or represented at any meeting, another meeting may be called subject to the same notice requirement (which notice may be contained provisionally in the first notice of the first calling of the meeting), and the required quorum at the subsequent meeting shall be one-half of the required quorum at the preceding meetings. No subsequent meeting shall be held more than sixty (60) days following the preceding meeting.
Except as stated above, the Bylaws remain unchanged and are ratified and carried forward in full force and effect.
The foregoing First Amendment to the Bylaws of Wild Horse Vistas Homeowners Association, Inc. was adopted by a vote of the Board of Directors at a properly called meeting at which a quorum of the Board was present, as certified by the signatures of the President and Secretary of the Association below.
