Book 17914 Page 1952 3pgs Doc# 20160113300 PMN TITLE Cortes AMENDMENT TO THE DECLARATION OF COVENANTS, CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS FOR WILDHORSE AT TAUSCH FARMS STATE OF TEXAS § COUNTY OF BEXAR § THIS AMENDMENT TO THE DECLARATION OF COVENANTS, CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS FOR WILDHORSE AT TAUSCH FARMS (this “Amendment”) is L.P., a Texas limited partnership (“Declarant”).
WITNESSETH: WHEREAS, Declarant caused that certain Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for Wildhorse at Tausch Farms to be recorded on March 29, 2012 in Volume 15418, Page 1595 of the Official Public Records of Real Property of Bexar County, Texas (as may be further amended or supplemented, the “Declaration”) which subjects Wildhorse at Tausch Farms subdivision to Wildhorse at Tausch Farms Homeowners Association, Inc., a Texas nonprofit corporation; and WHEREAS, Section 9.5 of the Declaration allows Declarant to unilaterally amend the Declaration.
NOW, THEREFORE, Declarant hereby amends the Declaration as set forth herein.
L, The second sentence of Section 6.42 of the Declaration is hereby deleted in its entirety and restated to read as follows: In no event shall any such building or other structure be constructed, placed or maintained within five feet (5’) of the side boundary of a Lot, within ten feet (10’) from the rear property line or within fifteen feet (15’) of the front boundary of a Lot.
