STATE OF TEXAS § § KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: COUNTY OF BEXAR § The Bylaws of Willow Grove Homeowners Association, Inc., are hereby amended in the following particulars, to-wit: I.
Article V, Section 2, of the Bylaws is amended to read as follows: Section 2. Term of Office. At the first annual meeting following the adoption of this Amendment, the candidate for Director receiving the highest number of votes shall be elected for a three year term, the candidate for Director receiving the second highest number of votes shall be elected for a two year term, and the candidate receiving the third highest number of votes for Director shall be elected to a one year term; thereafter, all Directors shall be elected to terms of three years.
Thus approved by the Board of Directors at a duly called meeting of the Board with notice to the members and open to their attendance, as certified by the signatures of the President and Secretary of the Association below.
