WYLIE, TEXAS STATE OF TEXAS § cos cos co COUNTY OF COLLIN § KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: RECITALS WHEREAS, the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for Woodbridge Townhomes Homeowners Association, Inc. Wylie, Texas, executed by HDC Management, LLC, a Texas limited liability company, as Controlling Declarant, filed of record on August 3, 2020, under Collin County Clerk's Instrument No. 20200803001234830 in the Official Public Records of Collin County, Texas (the "Declaration"); and Unofficial WHEREAS, the Declaration affects certain tracts or parcels of real property in the City of Wylie, Collin County, Texas defined as "Property” in the Declaration and more particularly described on Exhibit B-1 of the Declaration and Exhibit B-2 pursuant to Section 1.29 of the Declaration titled Definitions; and WHEREAS, under Section 1.27 of the Declaration titled Definitions and Section D.3.4(v) of Exhibit D to the Declaration titled Amendment, Controlling Declarant may amend this Declaration without the consent, approval or joinder of other Owners, any mortgagees or Board Members for the purpose of changing the name or entity of Controlling Declarant or Operational Declarant; and WHEREAS, at the time of this Amendment, the Declarant Control Period has not expired or lapsed; and WHEREAS, the following amendment to the Declaration has been approved by the Controlling Declarant; and WHEREAS, Controlling Declarant desires to change the name of the Operational Declarant and assign the rights and responsibilities of the Operational Declarant to another entity.

NOW, THEREFORE, the Declaration is hereby amended as follows: A.

The name of the Operational Declarant shall be changed from GVT III, LLC., a Texas, limited liability company (Initial Operational Declarant) and all rights and obligations of the Operational Declarant are hereby transferred and assigned to Grenadier Investments, Inc., a Texas corporation.

All other terms and conditions of the Declaration are hereby ratified and shall remain in full force and effect.
