NN, AN 1/3 SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE RULES OF WOODSHIRE COURT CONDOMINIUMS (A Texas Condominium) THIS SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE RULES OF WOODSHIRE COURT CONDOMINIUMS (hereinafter referred to as the “Second Amendment”) is executed as of the Association (the “Association”).

WHEREAS, that certain Condominium Declaration For Woodshire Court Condo was filed of record at Volume 961 10, Page 610, et seq., of the Real Property Records, Daflas Texas (hereinafter referred to as the “Declaration”), as such may be amended and/q ppley € from time to time; and WHEREAS, pursuant to the Declaration, the affairs of the A elected Board of Directors (the “Board”); and WHEREAS, pursuant to the Declaration and/or the Te (“TUCA”) the Board has the ability to adopt and amend, fs; and Subject to these Rules, a resident may keep in his or her unit not more than two house pets (two cats, or two dogs, or one cat and one dog) each of which, at maturity, may not exceed the greater of 20 inches in height at the shoulder or 25 pounds in weight. Permitted house pets also include specially trained animals that serve as physical aids to handicapped residents, regardless of the animal’s size or type.
