WHEREAS, Declarant created Wrightsville Town Center Phase II, a Condominium (the "Condominium") by recording a Declaration of Condominium for Wrightsville Town Center Phase II, a Condominium in Book 2552, at Page 153 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of New Hanover County, North Carolina (the "Declaration"); and, WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 47C-2-105(a)(8) of the Act and pursuant to the Reservation of Rights under Article XII of the Declaration, Declarant has the right and power to amend the Declaration to add Units, Common Elements and Limited Common Elements to the Condominium.

NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to Section 47C-2-105(a)(8) of the Act and Article XII of the Declaration, the Declarant does hereby amend the Declaration and does hereby declare as follows: ARTICLE 1 EXHIBIT A attached to the Declaration as recorded in Book 2552, at Page 153 in the Office of the Registry of Deeds of New Hanover County, North Carolina (the "Registry") is hereby amended to add that certain tract of real property situated in New Hanover County, North Carolina, more particularly described on EXHIBIT A attached hereto and incorporated herein by Alan M. ARTICLE 2 Additional Plats and Plans recorded in Condominium Book 11 Pages 376 through 378 entitled "Wrightsville Town Center-Phase II, Section II" and "Building 'A' Wrightsville Town Center" attached hereto as EXHIBIT B are hereby incorporated as part of the Plats and Plans of the Condominium. Limited Common Elements depicted on the Plats and Plans are hereby assigned as appurtenant to the Units indicated. The plat complies with N.C.G.S. Section 47C-2-109. The Plats and Plans add one (1) building identified as Building A, which contains two (2) Units designated as A and B. Unit A is a first floor unit and Unit B is a second floor unit.

Each Unit will be designated by its respective letter. Unit A contains approximately 1,500 square feet of enclosed heating area and has appurtenant to it as a Limited Common Element a vestibule, covered porch and service porch. Unit B contains approximately 1,500 square feet of enclosed heating area and has appurtenant to it as a Limited Common Element a stairway, vestibule, covered porch and service porch.

ARTICLE 3 EXHIBIT C attached to the Declaration as recorded in Book 2552, at Page 153 in the Registry is hereby declared to be null and void and EXHIBIT C (Revised) attached hereto is substituted therefore, revising the percentage share of the Common Elements and the percentage

EXCEPT as specifically amended or modified by this Amendment all of the terms, covenants, conditions and provisions of the Declaration shall be and remain in full force and effect i ----: BOOK 2699 PAGE 0387 and shall apply to the Condominium Units and Limited Common Elements created hereby.
