Assessments & dues

Not fixed; established by Association in accordance with its rules, regulations and Bylaws. (Section 5.04)

Voting & meetings

One vote per Residential Lot. Developer has exclusive right to vote on all matters until no longer owns any portion of the Development, and may dilute voting interests by adding Additional Property. (Section 4.02)
