- Membership & dues: Membership is voluntary. Dues are set by the Board and subject to approval by a majority of members present at the Annual Meeting. Members who pay dues receive a discount on certain HOA design review fees (e.g., $250 new residence fee reduced by annual dues amount).
- Board of Directors: The Board has 4 to 11 Directors, elected by the membership. Only one Director per voting membership. Directors serve unpaid. The Board oversees general conduct and business of the association.
- Meetings & voting: Annual Meeting in first quarter of fiscal year (Jan–Dec). Special meetings may be called by the Board or by written request of at least 20 voting members. Each lot gets one vote; proxy allowed (max 3 proxies per member). Quorum for Board meetings may be met by physical, telephonic, or electronic presence.

DRC responds in writing within 30 days. Construction must start within 12 months of approval and be completed within 6 months (two 6-month extensions available for new/major).
- Design standards: Building height: single story max 18 ft, double story max 27 ft from mean Average Grade Elevation. Exterior colors must have light reflectance value (LRV) under 80%. Grading slopes no steeper than 3:1 unless retained. Landscaping must use Sonoran Desert Foothills–compatible, drought‑tolerant plants; native vegetation preserved. Mechanical equipment must be screened.
- Construction regulations: Builders must install grading limit fencing, provide sanitary facilities, manage debris and parking. Parking not allowed on opposite sides of the same street. Disturbed areas must be re‑vegetated. Compliance deposit refunded 80% after construction completion, remaining 20% after re‑vegetation.
