- Roof shall be of a color or style compatible with surroundings. White, reflective roofs are unacceptable. Flat roofs must be fully enclosed by parapet walls and painted in an approved color. (Article IV, Section 5(d))
- Home business
- No business or profession of any nature shall be conducted on any Lot except home occupations contained wholly within a Dwelling, not involving solicitation of the public, customer traffic, or noise/disturbance. (Article V, Section 12)

- Front yard: 30 feet; Rear yard: 40 feet; Side yard: 15 feet. Patio and wall may be located not closer than 20 feet from front/rear property line or 10 feet from side property lines. (Article IV, Section 5(i))
