What Executive Towers's governing documents say
Executive Towers is a condominium (horizontal property regime) in Phoenix, AZ. This document is a partial amendment to the community's governing declaration, not a complete rulebook. It only addresses an exclusive easement for certain combined units and corrects a percentage interest calculation.
- Combined unit entrance easement: Owners of adjoining units 18B/18C, 19F/19G, 22B/22C, and 22F/22G who combine them into a single dwelling unit get an exclusive easement to use a portion of the corridor as an entrance. The easement lasts only as long as the units are under single ownership and used as a single dwelling; if either condition ends, the owner must surrender the area and restore it to match other similar areas.
- Percentage interest correction: The undivided percentage interest of Apartment 22B was corrected from 0.7806% to 0.7835% via a second amendment. A revised schedule is referenced.
- What this document doesn't cover: This is not the full set of community rules. It does not cover leasing, pets, age restrictions, assessments, maintenance responsibilities, or other typical condominium regulations. Those are in the original Declaration and other amendments.
