Catalina Point is a standard single-family homeowners association (HOA) in Tucson, AZ, governed by Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions (CC&Rs) and supplemental Rules and Regulations. These rules apply to all owners, residents, and tenants and are enforced by the association's Board of Directors.
- Leasing & rentals: Owners who lease must provide tenant names to the Community Manager within 30 days of signing. Owners are responsible for ensuring tenants receive and follow the rules.
