Association shall maintain property insurance on Common Area improvements with Replacement Cost, Inflation Guard, and Agreed Amount endorsements, covering fire, extended coverage, all risk; public liability insurance of at least $1,000,000; (Article VI, Section 1)

Lots shall be used for residential purposes only; no business or profession of any nature shall be conducted on any Lot (Article IX, Section 4)
Amendments
Declaration may be amended by instrument approved in writing by Owners representing not less than seventy-five percent (75%) of voting rights; amendment effective when recorded in Pima County; no amendment may limit Declarant's rights while (Article X, Section 9)
