Assessments & dues

Board establishes annual budget prior to each fiscal year, setting estimates of Common Expenses including contingencies and reserves. Budget mailed to each Owner. Annual Assessment based on Pro-rata Share: each Owner's share = 1 divided by (§5.C, §5.D)
