Kekionga Shores is a single-family-home subdivision in Fort Wayne, Indiana, governed by a set of covenants that run with the land and apply to all lot owners. These rules cover how you can use your property, what you can build, and what you must maintain, and they create a homeowners association (the Kekionga Shores Community Association, Inc.) to manage common areas and enforce restrictions.
