- Assessment values: The amendment sets assessment values for different lot types: single-family lots have a value of 0.50 until conveyed by the developer, then 1.00; townhome lots have 0.10 until conveyed, then 1.00; condominium residences have 0.10 per residence until a condominium declaration is recorded, then 1.00 per residence. This determines each owner's share of annual assessments.
