This is a 2011 amendment to the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, Easements and Restrictions for Linville Subdivision, a single-family HOA in Raleigh, NC. It only changes one rule about subdividing and recombining lots, and it binds all lot owners in the community.
- Subdividing & recombining lots: Lots cannot be subdivided, recombined, or have boundary lines changed without prior written consent from the Declarant during Declarant control, and thereafter from the HOA board. If lots are recombined or boundaries changed, the same number of assessable lots must remain, and owners must pay assessments for their original lot plus a pro-rata share for any portion of another lot combined with theirs.
