• Noise & conduct: Radios, TVs, and other devices must not be louder than normal conversation level with doors/windows open. Loud noises must be avoided, especially between 11:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. Unit owners are responsible for the actions of dependents, guests, and renters.
• Outdoor grilling: Only electric grills are allowed on interior porches. Non-gas grills (charcoal, hibachi, wood) may be used in common areas at least 10 feet from any structure. Grills must be monitored, and ashes must be cooled and disposed of in metal containers only.
