This is a supplemental declaration of restrictions for Village of The Pines at Beau Rivage Plantation, a single-family home subdivision in Wilmington, NC. It amends the original restrictions recorded in 1996, primarily updating assessment amounts and amendment procedures. The document is a partial amendment, not a full rulebook.
- Annual assessments: Annual assessments are set at $150 per lot as of March 1997, but the Board of Directors may adjust the amount each year with at least 30 days' notice. The Developer is exempt from assessments until January 1, 2002.
