Dogs, cats, or other household pets maintained within the dwelling may be kept, provided not kept, bred, or maintained for commercial purpose and confined to owner's lot, not permitted to run loose. (Article III.M)

Architectural approval

Amendments

Declarant may amend in its full and absolute discretion for a period of five (5) years from date hereof. Thereafter, amendment by instrument signed by Owners of not less than ninety percent (90%) of Lots. (Article V.B)
