Collections & liens

If an owner permits a violation of the restrictions, the lot or building site shall be subject to a lien, and an action may be brought to enforce such restrictions. (Paragraph 18)

Amendments

This instrument may be amended at any time by an instrument signed by not less than ninety percent (90%) of the lot owners. (Paragraph 17)
